Sanitization Procedure
1. Sanitize your hands and put gloves on. All supplies are on-site in the cleaning pantry.
2. Remove all contents of the fridge and set aside on a clean surface.
3. Spray all surfaces with the provided sanitizer solution and wipe down using paper towel (provided).
4. Discard any damaged, expired, or inedible food. Place food back in fridge in an organized fashion.
5. Repeat procedure in the freezer and pantry.
6. Log sanitization in the logbook, tidy the area, and have a wonderful day! Feel free to share photos with us so we can post them!
Be sure to clean crevices, under sides, corners, high touch surfaces, and inside/outside of all equipment.

Keep in mind we must lead by example and it is important to leave the Fridge space organized, cleaned, and in a respectful manner.

How to replenish sanitizer: – Wear gloves when handling Bleach
1 tsp Bleach – 1 L of COLD Water in Spray Bottle
Deep Cleaning Procedure

2. Remove all contents of the fridge and set aside on a clean surface. Clean each component of the structure in parts - fridge, freezer, and pantry.
3. Fill container with water & add splash of soap provided.Call Rob at 306-541-8894 to be let into the Auditorium Doors to access sink for water.
4. Using cleaning rags provided, deep clean the all surfaces of fridge, pantry, and freezer
(as you can).
5. Discard any damaged, expired, garbage or inedible food.Restock fridge, freezer, and pantry maintaining organization.
6. Empty water in Cathedral sink, rinse container/rag, hang rag over side of container and be sure to leave cleaning supplies in cleaning closet in an organized fashion.
